Essential Qualifications:
- LLB degree
- Strong understanding of Labour Law and employment regulations
- Ability to draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Experience in representing clients at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA)
Desirable Qualifications:
- LLM degree in Labour Law or related field
- Passing the board exams to become an attorney
- Experience in arbitration and dispute resolution
- - Familiarity with unionised environments and collective bargaining
- Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
Salary: R8,000.00.
