Liani Taljaard

Liani is a newly appointed Director in the Trade Mark Enforcement department at KISCH IP. She works on a wide range of trade mark portfolios with experience in brand enforcement locally and internationally, including trade mark oppositions, copyright infringement, trade mark infringement, domain name objections, and company name objections.

She furthermore has experience in IP valuations (and valuations of IP related implementation systems and support intangibles) in a wide variety of technologies and commercial sectors, where she assisted Derek Momberg with due diligence and price determination projects.
