George represents clients in commercial disputes, insurance claims and regulatory proceedings, frequently acting in the Magistrates’ and High Courts, as well as specialist tribunals such as the Financial Service Tribunal. He advises on employment matters, chairing disciplinary proceedings and appearing in the CCMA, bargaining councils and Labour Court. George also brings specialist knowledge to insurance product design, policy drafting, environmental compliance and planning law. George began his career as a legal advisor at OUTsurance, later moving into management and developing deep expertise in claims handling and litigation. He continued to broaden his legal practice at Van Breda & Herbst before joining Barnard, where he has expanded his dispute resolution and advisory work across multiple sectors. He holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney in 2007.
