Representative Experience:

• Assisted in advising various state-owned entities and regulatory bodies to review and set aside own decisions and defend review applications.
• Assisted in providing advice to one of the largest metropolitan municipalities in urgent applications.
• Assisted in providing general advice and opinions to municipalities and municipal councils on relevant legislation.
• Part of team acting for a Metropolitan Municipality initiating eviction proceedings.
• Part of team acting for a company against a large telecommunications company in a matter involving the use of the company’s Intellectual Property in developing a program that the company claims belongs to it.
