History:

Dave obtained his B Com degree at the University of Port Elizabeth in 1970 and his LL B degree at the University of the Free State in 1972. He joined Webbers Attorneys in 1973 and after completing his articles he was appointed as a Professional Assistant in 1975 and became a Partner in 1976. He initially handled motor vehicle accident claims but for the past 20 years specialises in property law and commercial law matters. For many years Dave acted as an examiner for the attorneys admission examination (South Africa) and as a member of the Legal Education and Examination Committees of the Law Society of South Africa. He still acts as Moderator for the attorneys admission examination.
