History:

Hannelie Hattingh joined our company as a professional assistant in the Conveyancing Department in March 2015. Hannelie was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer on 13 January 2011 after serving her articles with Greeff Attorneys.

Hannelie was admitted as a notary public in October 2011 and spent 10 years gaining valuable experience in the field of conveyancing and property related matters ranging from transfers (normal, estate, liquidation and Tax Administration Act transfers), sectional title (transfers, opening of schemes and extension of units), subdivisions and consolidations, bond registrations (ABSA, ABSA Private Bank, Standard Bank and First National Bank), bond cancellations, servitudes and antenuptial contracts.
