History:

Neil obtained his B Com Law degree at the University of the Free State in 2006 and his LL B degree also at the University of the Free State in 2008. He joined Webber Newdigate Attorneys in 2010 as a Professional Assistant. He became a partner in 2012 of Webber Newdigate and the sister firm, Webbers Attorneys in Bloemfontein. Neil completed the SARIPA Programme in Insolvency Law and Practice with distinction in 2014 and is presently enrolled for the Programme in Practical Insolvency Litigation and Administration.

He initially handled collections, media law and general litigation. For the past few years he specializes more in commercial litigation and insolvency law.
