The Role

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years post admission experience. This role is designed for a legal professional with sound knowledge in Contract Law with construction law being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex construction and commercial contracts.
Providing strategic legal counsel on contractual disputes and risk mitigation.
Managing end-to-end legal projects while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
Collaborating with junior staff and partners to deliver seamless client service.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) with a firm work history.
Specialization:  Contract Law is essential.
Specialized experience in Construction Law (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to work under pressure and to go the extra mile.
Ethical, hard working and loyal individual.
