GMI Attorneys is looking for an Attorney and Conveyancer in the Property Department of our Pretoria Branch. The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancer and Attorney in a law firm and a full understanding of Property Law.

GMI Attorneys is looking for an Attorney and Conveyancer in the Property Department of our Pretoria Branch.

  • The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancer and Attorney in a law firm and a full understanding of Property Law.
  • The candidate must be familiar with the property registration process.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the conveyancing process, including preparing and reviewing transfer documents
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Must have a full understanding and experience in the Transfer process and oversee each step of the process
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are pivotal.
