Newly admitted attorneys are welcome, provided they demonstrate maturity, initiative, and the ability to manage matters independently. The ideal candidate must be based locally, have reliable transport, and possess exceptional time management, emotional strength, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments. This is a client-facing role in a results-driven firm where performance and professionalism are non-negotiable.

Sasha Lee & Associates Attorneys invites applications from admitted attorneys, including newly admitted practitioners, who are ready to take the next step in their legal careers. Our firm, based in Hillary, Queensburgh, is known for fast-paced litigation, high expectations, and strong mentorship — and we’re looking for an attorney who thrives in that kind of environment.

This role requires more than just an LLB and a Fidelity Fund Certificate. We need someone who is driven, self-managed, and emotionally resilient enough to handle pressure, deadlines, court appearances, and demanding clients.

Non-negotiable requirements include:

  • Residing in Queensburgh or nearby
  • Reliable transport (private vehicle or consistent access to public transport)
  • Ability to manage multiple matters across litigation, family, criminal, and labour law
  • Strong drafting, file management, and client communication skills
  • Emotional strength and maturity – essential for dealing with sensitive, urgent, or hostile matters
  • Accountability and time management – you will be expected to manage your own files with minimal supervision
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high standard of ethics and professionalism
  • Experience in litigation, family law, criminal defence, civil disputes, and High Court applications will be highly advantageous. This is not a passive office role — you will be required to appear in court, engage with clients directly, and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growing portfolio.
