Sasha Lee & Associates Attorneys is seeking a Candidate Attorney who wishes to cede their articles and is serious about completing their legal training in a high-performance environment. This is a ceding opportunity, ideal for someone who has already completed 6 to 12 months of articles and is ready to work under structured supervision while being held accountable for daily progress.

We are a litigation-based firm located in Hillary, Queensburgh, and preference will be given to candidates residing in Queensburgh or nearby areas. Access to reliable transport (private or public) is essential, as punctuality and presence are non-negotiable in our practice.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Proven time management and task execution – you must be able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple matters
  • Strong personal accountability – no hand-holding; you must take initiative and ownership of your workload
  • Emotional maturity – the legal profession demands resilience, composure, and the ability to manage stress professionally
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and file handling skills
  • Completed PLT or currently enrolled will be an advantage
  • Experience in litigation, family law, or civil matters will count in your favour

You will receive hands-on training in drafting, court procedure, file management, and direct client engagement. This role is best suited for someone who wants real legal experience and is not afraid of responsibility or courtroom work.
