Divorce Mediation & Family Law: Personal Commitment
My passion for mediation and family law is rooted in both my professional journey and my personal experience of divorce. As a divorce mediator and associate member of the Mediation Society of South Africa (MSSA), I focus on collaborative solutions that prioritise the best possible outcome for all involved. Especially for the children. Mediation provides a constructive and much cheaper alternative to traditional litigation. My goal is to guide families toward agreement that reflects their values and needs while reducing the emotional and financial trauma that they usually suffer through litigation.

I have been litigating Commercial matters in the High Courts of South Africa since 1992. Although I prefer not to litigate such matters nowadays, I have remarkable experience in this field. Legal Experience
My career began during the 1980's at the UCT Legal Aid Clinics and continued with service as a Legal Officer in the South African Defence Force. After several years at Terence Rex Attorneys, I founded Eversons Attorneys in Cape Town in 1999. I now practice under the same name in Johannesburg. For over three decades I have provided general legal services with a strong emphasis on divorce, family law, and commercial litigation. My extensive experience allows me to address a wide range of legal matters with skill and discretion. I am steadfastly focused on achieving the best possible result for every client.
