My passion for mediation and family law is rooted in both my professional journey and my personal experience of divorce. As a recently qualified divorce mediator and associate member of the Mediation Society of South Africa (MSSA), I focus on collaborative solutions that prioritise wellbeing for all involved, especially children. My career began at the UCT Legal Aid Clinics and continued with service as Legal Officer in the South African Defence Force (SADF). After several years at Terence Rex Attorneys, I founded Eversons Attorneys, with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg. For over three decades, I have provided general legal services with a strong emphasis on divorce and family law, as well as commercial litigation. My extensive experience allows me to address a wide range of legal matters with skill, discretion, and a steadfast focus on achieving the best possible result for every client.
