OUR SERVICES

Estates, Wills & Curatorships
We assist our clients in the determination of valid wills, drafting of wills, the winding up of deceased estates and curatorship appointment.

Divorce & Family Law 
We assist clients with contested and uncontested (by agreement) divorces, including spousal or child maintenance. We also assist in the drafting of parenting plans. 

Evictions & Litigation
We assist landlords and tenants in the eviction processes of commercial or residential property. We tend to general litigation in the Regional and Magistrate Court.

Correspondence work
We assist clients situated across South Africa with correspondence work in the following Magistrate courts and/or Regional courts:

• Strand
• Grabouw
• Goodwood
• Bellville
• Kuils River
• Cape Town
