Road Accident Fund

We have been involved with RAF matters for the past 16 years, where we have assisted the Plaintiffs. However, our Attorneys have worked in Defendant Attorney firms before and have an excellent understanding of the rules regulating the claims and defend the RAF against making unsubstantiated payments.

We have a dedicated team that deals with RAF matters exclusively. We have managed to build a good reputation amongst our counterparts when it comes to RAF matters.

We have systems in place that makes our work with RAF matters much easier. We have a dedicated driver that transports clients to different medical practitioners.

Pro Bono

Mketsu and Associates have always contributed immensely towards legal education and training of graduates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. We currently have 2 paralegals who assist in the legal work and work closely with our Senior Attorneys. They have gained a lot of experience in legal matters and in the running of a law firm.

Our Senior attorneys are involved in the pro bono work, we currently have matters where our clients cannot afford legal fees but because we believe in justice for all, we have undertaken to assist them.
