From our office in Onrus, we provide practical legal advice, careful preparation and commercially informed representation in labour law for employers, litigation, debt recovery, property and conveyancing, family law, estates and trusts, and commercial law.

Our labour and employment practice assists employers with contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary and dismissal processes, performance and incapacity matters, retrenchments, CCMA and bargaining council proceedings, and Labour Court disputes.

We represent clients in civil and commercial disputes in the Magistrates' Courts, Regional Courts and High Courts, as well as arbitration and mediation. Our litigation work includes contractual and business disputes, debt recovery, property and construction matters, evictions, urgent interdicts and damages claims.

Our property practice assists with residential and commercial transfers, bonds and cancellations, developments, land-use and rezoning matters, sale and lease agreements, and property-related disputes.

We also advise on family law and divorce, wills and estate planning, deceased-estate administration, trusts, commercial agreements and business matters. Criminal defence and correspondent services for matters in the Hermanus Magistrates' and Regional Courts are also available.
