Elize opened her own law firm in 2004 in Cape Town (Fourie Attorneys), and prior to 2004 she was a litigator in medical negligence- and third-party matters at a leading Cape Town firm.  She assists clients in various courts (High Court, Regional Courts, Maintenance Courts, Domestic Violence and Harassment Courts and Children’s Court) in various areas i.e. George, Knysna to Plettenberg Bay, Groot Brak River and Mossel Bay to Riversdale, as well as Oudtshoorn.
