Bernalee Campbell is a newly admitted attorney, having been admitted in August 2025. She commenced her articles of clerkship with the firm in October 2023 and continues to practice with the firm.

She obtained her LLB from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing her LLM.

Bernalee’s practice area's are focused on litigation, with experience in family law, civil, and criminal matters. She is regularly involved in both opposed and unopposed proceedings and has experience appearing in various courts.

Her experience includes divorce proceedings, maintenance disputes, and children’s court matters, as well as debt collection, bail applications, and general criminal and civil appearances. She has appeared in the Magistrates’ Courts and Regional Courts and has been exposed to matters in the High Court. She assists in the management of matters from inception to finalisation, including drafting legal documents, preparing for trials, and engaging with clients and counsel.
