Wynne is a corporate lawyer with a particular interest in risk management and compliance. She is often seated at the boardroom table alongside her clients. She has over 24 years’ experience in the legal sector and has been involved in multiple transactions, both locally and internationally, in, amongst others, the manufacturing, mining, property, defence industry, IT and telecommunications, transport and retail sectors.

Wynne started her legal career in 1996. She has gained invaluable experience throughout her extensive career, primarily from a contractual perspective but also through litigating complex commercial disputes. Wynne’s well-rounded experience involves legal services which include:

• International and local Commercial and Transactional Law Matters
• Legal Due Diligences
• Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution including in the ICC and Commercial Court in Abu Dhabi
• Outsource agreements for the private sector and with government agreements in the aeronautical sector and the acquisition and construction of a petroleum terminal in Namibia Transaction advisory services to public and private companies
• Training and educating businesses on the latest developments in the law, interpretation of contracts, board and corporate governance updates and developments
