Leanne Wium

Immediately after matriculating, Leanne began working at a law firm, where her passion for law was ignited. Starting as a legal secretary, she gained experience in various fields of law before furthering her studies, registering as a candidate attorney, and ultimately obtaining her LLB in 2020 from the University of South Africa. Admitted as an attorney in 2023, she now focuses predominantly on the Chapter 9 Tax Dispute process under the Tax Administration Act. Her expertise in this area has been shaped by hands-on experience and invaluable guidance from mentors like Schalk and Eddie.

Leanne also holds a certificate in tax law from the University of Cape Town. A mother of two young boys, Leanne balances her professional commitments with family life, and in her free time, she enjoys the challenges of mountain biking and cycling.
