History:

I pride myself on being a specialist private client attorney, specialising in estate planning, trusts, family businesses and notarial services. My aim is to add value to the individuals and businesses that I work with by reducing exposure to potential liability and overall risk while keeping in mind our core values and commitment to family.

I started my career at Schindlers Attorneys in 2005 where I completed my articles in 2006 and went on to become senior associate in 2008. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Schindlers I left in 2010 to join my wife in her practice — Benater Attorneys — believing strongly in the idea that we could build our own dream practice.
