History:

Maseabata obtained an LLB Degree from the National University of Lesotho in 2018. She worked for Afriski in the Public Relations Department from 2018-2019, then joined N.G. Thabane Chambers as legal counsel from 2020 to 2023.

In April 2023, she joined the Association of Lesotho Employers and Business and worked as a legal and industrial relations officer. Her main focus was chairing disciplinary hearings, handling industrial disputes, participation and representation of employers & business in tripartite forums, representation of members before the DDPR and all courts of Lesotho and risk management for all legal disputes.

In February 2026, she joined Webber Newdigate as a Legal Consultant in the Labour Department. Her practice focuses on labour and employment law, mainly representing clients at the DDPR, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court and Court of Appeal and minimising the risk of potential disputes by assisting clients with labour law compliance
