History:

Lelapa obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the National University of Lesotho in 2012. In 2017, he completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering at Lerotholi Polytechnic. He was admitted as an Advocate in 2019.

In 2020, he undertook continuing professional development and obtained a certificate in FIDIC Conditions of Contract through Induna Training. He was admitted as a student member of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy in 2022.

In 2024, he completed an LL.M. in the Laws of Mineral and Petroleum Extraction and Use at the University of Cape Town. He joined Webber Newdigate in 2023 and is a valued member of the firm’s Debt Collection Department.
