Veena Sheik

Veena Sheik is a dedicated attorney, co-founder of the firm, and the absolute driving force behind our real estate and conveyancing department. If you are buying or selling a home, Veena is the exact expert you want in your corner to ensure your property transfer is smooth and stress-free. Her personal journey in the legal field is incredibly inspiring. She originally completed a Diploma in Office Administration at the M. L. Sultan Technikon in Durban when the firm first opened its doors in 1989.

Several years into running the practice, with Umesh’s strong encouragement and guidence, Veena enrolled as a candidate attorney and bravely took on studying for her LLB part-time through the University of South Africa (UNISA). After successfully obtaining her degree, Veena officially became a partner in the practice. Today, she is the highly respected head of the property department. Having moved the practice from its original Durban offices all the way to their beautiful current premises at the Equinox in Umhlanga Ridge, Veena approaches every single property transaction with warmth, precision, and a deep understanding of what her clients need.
