Nakedi Pule Malahlela is a distinguished human rights lawyer, advocate, and the Managing Director of Malahlela & Co. Attorneys Inc. Admitted as an Advocate in 2014 and enrolled as an Attorney of the High Court in 2019, he brings over a decade of high-level legal expertise across both the public and private sectors. A recognised thought leader in governance, risk, and compliance, Nakedi has held several prominent roles. He served as Acting Chief of Staff and Legal Advisor to the Gauteng MEC for Human Settlements, Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs. His corporate background is equally formidable. He has acted as Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal at the Sebata Group, and as Manager of Regulatory Compliance at KPMG South Africa.
