History:

Minke van Mosseveld was born and raised in Cape Town, where a strong sense of community and an appreciation for the natural environment helped shape her values. She completed her LLB at the University of the Western Cape and was placed on the Dean’s List in recognition of her academic achievement.

During her studies, Minke was an active member of the Street Law Society, reflecting her commitment to community engagement and making the law accessible in practical, meaningful ways.

Minke will complete her articles in 2026 and has been invited to practise as an attorney at Lanser Sutherland Inc. She is known for her caring, client-centred approach and is committed to developing her expertise in both medical law and insurance law.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors, drawing energy from nature and maintaining a balanced, grounded perspective.
