She regularly acts on behalf of body corporate’s, homeowners’ associations, and managing agents in the recovery of arrear levies and related contributions. Her experience includes issuing demand letters, negotiating payment arrangements, instituting legal proceedings, obtaining judgments, and enforcing them through appropriate legal mechanisms.
Storm is well-versed in the legislative framework governing sectional title schemes, including the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and related regulations. She assists clients with compliance, rule enforcement, and the practical application of statutory provisions relating to levy recovery and owner obligations.
She has had the privilege of speaking at CSOS workshops and engagements, sharing insights on sectional title law and debt recovery. She particularly enjoys supporting managing agents, offering practical guidance and legal solutions that help them navigate complex issues within schemes.
