History:

Suhail is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department where he specialises in drafting of contracts, regulatory advice, due diligence investigations, lease agreements, contractual reviews and general corporate and commercial law.

In his tenure as Senior Associate, Suhail has serviced the needs of listed and unlisted clients in a number of industries by drafting a wide range of commercial agreements tailor-made to suit a particular transaction, drafting of commercial lease agreements, comprehensive legal opinions, legal letters and commercial resolutions, processing of various company secretarial transactions such as incorporation of companies, director changes, filing of annual returns, to name a few, as well as establishing trusts and processing trust amendments.

A distinguished student, Suhail was awarded as the Best Overall LLB student and the Best LLM (Business Law) student by the University of KwaZulu Natal's School of Law. Suhail was admitted as both, a Legal Practitioner and Conveyancer in 2021, having received the highest mark in the province of KwaZulu-Natal in the conveyancing admission examinations. He is also a Notary Public.
