Mohsina is a Director in the Employment Law Practice at Thomson Wilks, with extensive experience advising clients across both public and private sectors, including government departments, state-owned entities, and corporates in industries such as education, municipal services, and professional services.

With over three decades in practice, Mohsina is known for her deep expertise in all aspects of employment law and labour relations. She regularly represents clients before the Constitutional Court, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, CCMA, and various Bargaining Councils. She has also served as an Acting Judge in the Labour Court.
