Qualifications:

Alex holds an LLB and a structured LLM (cum laude) from Stellenbosch University. His postgraduate studies focused on copyright law, competition law, international labour and social security law, and the enforceability of restraint of trade agreements.

History:

Alex is an associate at Thomson Wilks Incorporated, practising in employment law and related fields. He works closely with Directors Hugo Pienaar and Jose Jorge, servicing a diverse client base across sectors including agriculture, energy, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, retail, road freight, sport, and transportation.
