Matthew joined Thomson Wilks Inc. on 1 August 2024 as a Consultant Attorney in the Corporate and Commercial Department. He brings extensive experience in a wide range of corporate finance and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate restructurings. His practice also covers regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

He has acted as lead attorney for both private and public companies, advising executive teams and senior management from deal inception and structuring, through to due diligence, negotiation, and final implementation of term sheets and transactional agreements.
