Beatrix van der Spuy is a senior attorney, conveyancer, and notary public with over 16 years of experience spanning both law and business. She holds a Master’s Degree in Mercantile Law from the University of the Free State, complemented by certifications in international taxation and digital marketing.

Beatrix began her legal career as a conveyancer and strategically expanded her expertise into business and commercial law. In 2014, she joined a tech startup as VP of Operations, later becoming its Chief Operating Officer.
