Abigail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political and International Studies in addition to her LLB and was admitted as an attorney in 2020.

Her background includes in-house experience as Principal Employee Relations within a highly industrialised mining and manufacturing environment, equipping her to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
Abigail’s expertise spans general labour litigation, specialised strike litigation, and high-risk employment matters. She advises on retrenchments, business transfers, employment contracts, harassment claims (including sexual harassment and victimisation), and the drafting of locally and globally compliant workplace policies and procedures.
