Nthabiseng Phako is an attorney at Marto Lafitte & Associates Inc., joining the firm in September 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2017), where she was honoured as a member of the Golden Key Honour Society for academic excellence.

Before joining the firm, Nthabiseng served as an attorney at a Johannesburg-based law firm from 2022 to 2024. She also gained extensive practical experience during her articles and earlier legal support roles at several established law firms between 2018 and 2022.

She is valued for her strong research skills, analytical mindset, and structured approach to client matters across commercial, corporate, and advisory disciplines.
