History:

I am an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and hold an LLB degree. My passion lies in divorce,  family law and general litigation. This is where I find great purpose in helping clients navigate some of the most emotionally challenging and complex periods of their lives. With practical experience in divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, maintenance applications, and civil litigation, I strive to deliver both sound legal representation and empathetic and strategic support.

I believe in clear, honest communication and practical legal solutions that genuinely serve my clients’ best interests. Whether I am drafting settlement agreements or representing clients in court, I bring focus, integrity, and a client-centred approach to every matter.

In my current role, I manage a wide range of family law matters, including contested and uncontested divorces, maintenance claims, and parental rights and responsibilities. I have also acted on behalf of clients in civil litigation matters, offering full-service support from initial instruction through to final resolution.

My responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, affidavits and correspondence, and representing clients in court. I am actively involved in settlement negotiations and client consultations, where I provide advice on legal strategy, case progression, and potential outcomes. I also maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing attorneys, and third parties to ensure efficient case management and service delivery.
