History:

Graeme is the Director of the firm. He graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1990. He completed his articles at Cluver Markotter in Stellenbosch and also practised at that firm as attorney and conveyancer, before he became a partner in Muller Baard at Robertson in 1993. In 2000 he founded the firm Falck Muller Baard, now known as Falck Attorneys Inc.

He is well known as a skilled commercial orientated litigant and conveyancer. He is also an appraiser and a Commissioner for the Small Claims Court. Graeme has acted as Chairman for the Business Chamber, Development Forum, Robertson Sport Club and Equestrian Club. Graeme and his family live in Stellenbosch.
