History:

Karusha is the Head of the Civil Litigation and Commercial Law Department at our Wynberg Branch. She graduated with a LL.B degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2009 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2012. Karusha specializes in all delictual claims against state entities and has recently won a landmark case securing a damages claim for a blind busker who was assaulted by police officials in Cape Town. Karusha further has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of family law and evictions.
