History:

Jaco completed his Baccalaureus Artium (Law) Degree majoring in Psychology (BA) in 2019 at the North West University, Potchefstroom campus whereafter he furthered his studies and obtained his Baccalaureus Legum Degree LLB degree in 2022 and commenced with his first year of articles at SD Nel Attorneys in 2023.

Jaco hails from Sasolburg, Free State, where he matriculated from Highschool Sasolburg in 2016 prior relocating to Potchefstroom in order to commence with his studies.

Jaco has been admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 24 July 2025 and is currently our only other admitted attorney alongside Mr SD Nel
