Graeme is an admitted attorney in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.
His general practise consists of matters relating to private law, such as the administration of deceased estates, Law of Succession, family law, law of persons, divorce law, maintenance matters and matters relating to the best interest of Children as labour law.
As a junior associate in the Polson Law practice, Graeme assists in various matters relating to mining and environmental law under the National Environmental Management Act and National Water Acts, as amended.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with specialisation in Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa. He also read for the degree Master of Business Administration in International Business from Schiller International University and graduated from the University’s Campus in Paris, France.
Graeme is trilingual and fluent in Afrikaans, English and French and well educated in Latin as classical research language to conduct research into Roman dutch law.
