Mandy graduated with a B Com LLB from the University of Witwatersrand in 1982 following which he practised at Werksmans Attorneys for fourteen and a half years, the last nine years as a partner in the commercial department. He then joined the Peregrine group in October 1999 and was appointed to the board in November 2010. Since October 2019, he has acted as a consultant to the firm on commercial matters and brings his wealth of skills and experience to the commercial department of the firm.16. Our firm is now able to assist clients with advice in commercial law matters including structuring and obtaining third party tax advice, drafting a variety of agreements ranging from partnership agreements, association agreements for Close Corporations, shareholders agreements, Memorandums of Incorporation (in order for companies to comply with the New Companies Act), lease agreements, joint-venture agreements, employment agreements, and a host of other commercial agreements regulating the relationship between parties in the commercial environment.
