Kimberley Ross

Kimberley currently works in the civil litigation department specifically dealing with personal injury law. Kimberley’s experience in insurance law has also seen her serving large South African commercial insurance companies in recovery, liability and general litigation.

Her portfolio also includes material damage recoveries and disputes. Kimberley believes that law is important to the community as a whole, and allows her to keep in touch with every man and woman on the street. She lives by the words of Winston Churchill, who said that ’plans are of little importance, but planning is essential’.
