History:

Miss Msomi is a holder of Honor's Degree from University of Zululand wherein she was a mentor to first year law students; a Deputy Project Manager at Enactus UniZulu; a member of the Black Lawyers Association and Deputy Executive Secretary for the UniZulu Christian Fellowship. At her final year, she volunteered at the University of Zululand Law Clinic. Upon completion of her qualification, she served her Articles of Clerkship at Sipho Ngubane Incorporated which is based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. During her serving she practiced Family Law, Civil Law, Administration of Estates, Road Accident Fund Cliams and Contracts. Her love for Family Law, Civil Law and Adminstation of Estates grew when she was employed as an attorney at the same firm. During such employment, she dealt mostly with complex Regional and High Court matters.

After such employment she completed her Practice Management and Training with flying colors and co-directed, as is still is, Shazi and Msomi Incorporated.Having a High Court Right of Appearance, she is keen to assist clients. Her expertise are Family Law, Civil Laws, Contracts and Adminstration and Winding Up of Estates.
