Leading the team of Attorneys is Adri de Bruyn. She is an accomplished attorney and notary of the High Court of South Africa with over a decade of experience in the credit law industry. She holds an L.L.B degree from the University of Stellenbosch and completed her Debt Counselling course in 2009, registering with the National Credit Regulator soon after.

Adri’s expertise lies in the National Credit Act, specializing Financial and Credit Law. With her prior litigation experience, Adri assists consumers in finding the best solution to their circumstances. Her exceptional negotiation skills enable her to liaise with credit providers on behalf of consumers to obtain a favourable debt restructuring plan. Adri’s approach is personal and trustworthy, and she is passionate about helping consumers overcome their financial struggles.

Adri de Bruyn has a significant interest in South African Compliance and Protection Law, with a focus on the dynamic intersection of technology, privacy, and legal frameworks. She provides specialized advice on data protection, cybercrime, and social media, helping businesses, organizations, and individuals navigate the complexities of compliance and protection laws.

With a strong interest in data protection, Adri completed a short course at the University of Cape Town on the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other key regulatory frameworks. Her expertise extends to offering strategic guidance on compliance, risk management, and mitigating the impacts of data breaches.

Adri is passionate about safeguarding vulnerable groups, particularly children and the elderly, from the dangers of cybercrime and scams.
