Tammeron De Wit is an associate in our business restructuring and insolvency team based in Johannesburg. She focuses on insolvency and business rescue proceedings, including related litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency enquiries and representing both creditors and insolvency practitioners in local and foreign proceedings. Her experience also includes general and commercial litigation.

After graduating, Tammeron went on to complete her articles at a boutique general practice law firm in Cape Town whereafter she joined Cox Yeats in April 2022. She is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.
