Jenna Rodd

Jenna is a Partner at Cox Yeats, practising in Business Rescue, Restructuring and Insolvency.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (majoring in Psychology and English Literature) and an LL.B from the University of Cape Town and is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa.

Jenna began her legal career at a UK-managed international commercial law firm and completed her articles at a boutique general practice firm in Cape Town.

She advises major banks, financial institutions, insolvency and business rescue practitioners, and both local and international companies, including listed entities. She also regularly advises curators appointed under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act (POCA).

Her practice focuses on a broad range of insolvency-related matters, including perfection applications, liquidation and sequestration proceedings, applications to extend liquidators’ powers, and the conduct of insolvency enquiries.
