Mamati grew up in Zakariyya Park, South of Johannesburg and obtained her LL.B degree at Wits University. During her studies Mamati was involved with various community based initiatives such as the Wits Constitutional Literacy Programme.
Before she joined us, she was employed at the office of the Chief Justice of the High Court of South Africa.
She commenced her articles of clerkship with us in 2017 was admitted as attorney of the High Court in April 2019.
Mamati specialises in Magistrates Court dispute resolution and focuses on family law, evictions and land disputes.
Mamati 's objective is to apply her knowledge and experience with the most current legal thinking, in order to provide each of her clients with innovative, practical and cost effective legal solutions.
Mamati has built up a good reputation as a litigator with an energetic drive to ensure that she dominates the litigation process.
