History:

Bruce Hendricks completed his LLB at the University of the Western Cape in 2010,he heads up our Criminal Department and is the driving force behind Hendricks-Harmse Attorneys. He is highly professional and highly skilled in all aspects of criminal litigation, but is not limited hereto. He has vast experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation and has made his appearance in courts throughout the Western Cape as well as the Gauteng Province.

He has successfully dealt with various matters including the obtaining of interdicts against the SAPS for unlawful behaviour; juvenile arrests; unlawful detentions and High Court litigation and has successfully secured bail throughout the Western Cape. He has in the past successfully represented many high-profile clients which resulted in these clients being acquitted or charges withdrawn, adding to his high success rate.
