Jano Nel

Jano holds a BCom (Law) with a major in Financial Accounting and Taxation as well as an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria. After completing his studies and before joining Le Roux & Du Plessis Attorneys, he served his articles of clerkship with Shapiro & Ledwaba Inc. where he specialised in family law. Jano takes a bespoke approach to each client’s case and ensures that the method of reaching a resolution is appropriate for that individual client, whether that be court proceedings, mediation or any other form of dispute resolution. His work includes financial proceedings arising on divorce and separation, division of assets held in complicated structures across multiple jurisdictions, children matters and domestic violence.
