J’Retha Rossouw has been practicing at Burger Huyser Attorneys as an article clerk since January 2020. She obtained her Degree in BCom Economics and International Trade during the year of 2016, where after she pursued a degree in LLB and obtained her degree in 2019. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Estate Planning at the North-West University and hopes to obtain that during the year of 2021. J’Retha primarily specialises in commercial and estate litigation, including but not limited to tending to the drafting and interpretation of agreements, estate and tax planning and contractual disputes such as restraint of trade.
