History:

Yasmine started her own firm in 2002 and later entered into a partnership which saw the formation of Botha Tonkin Johnson Incorporated in 2005. She was head of the Litigation Department. The firm dissolved in 2013, which saw the formation of Y Johnson Incorporated. Whislt practicing she also assisted the Roodepoort Magistrates Court for eight months as an Acting Magistrate in the Civil Court. She is also an arbitrator for Tokiso Dispute Settlement Pty Ltd, a mediation and arbitration company, where she arbitrates on insurance matters, more specifically on the law of motor vehicle collisions. Yasmine has extensive experience in the law of Litigation, and speciales in all areas High Court Litigation where she acts on behalf of some of the major banks in South Africa
