History:

With almost 30 years of experience, Pather & Pather’s Founder heads the firm’s Litigation, Commercial and Labour Law Departments. Sivi has litigated on high-profile cases in all the High Court in South Africa, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court. Sivi is a qualified International Mediator with the London School of Mediation and a Fellow of the Arbitrators Association of South Africa. He has a passion for Alternative Dispute Resolution and has attended the Harvard Law School’s Programme on Negotiation.
